2. Legal Restrictions & Prohibited Jurisdictions

LOA is not available to individuals residing in jurisdictions where firearm training, solicitation, or self-defense education is restricted. If you reside in the following U.S. states, you are prohibited from signing up for or participating in the LOA program:

Additionally, LOA does not provide services to individuals in any jurisdiction where firearm training or advertising such services online is prohibited by law. LOA is also not available in countries where firearm ownership for self-defence is illegal. All training is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal or tactical advice. LOA is not affiliated with any government agency, military organization, or law enforcement entity. Our training is designed for private citizens, security professionals, and responsible gun owners—not for active-duty law enforcement or military personnel.

6. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All LOA content—including videos, PDFs, course materials, and branding—is protected by copyright. You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or resell LOA materials.

  • Share login credentials or allow unauthorized individuals to access LOA training.

  • Modify or misrepresent LOA content as your own.

Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access and possible legal action.
